Is there a way to assign .htaccess file (or code inside) to a custom created theme? So for example, I could have different .htaccess file for each Drupal theme?
Whole Story (optional):
Here is what I’m trying to achieve, when particular theme is active I want all pages to redirect to maintenance mode even if maintenance mode is OFF. Easiest way to achieve this (I think) is through .htaccess file but it must be assigned to specific theme otherwise it will be in maintenance mode no matter the theme. I hope this make sense if not just treat it as a challenge 🙂
PS Google search is not really helpful.
