This might mean a beginner documentation writer ends up thinking that a guide is “locked” to prevent edits. Either they will open an issue to ask someone else to submit the documentation, or
Add the link, to add new documentation pages, to all pages within a guide. It could add a page to the top of the guide, or as a sibling of whatever the current page’s position in the hierarchy might be: that could be a separate discussion.
