JS Block Module

Before I start installing this, I was hoping for some input as I’m pretty new to this and the only one at my place of work that does this. I’m creating a module that uses the mb-extruder library from here. It’s purpose is to create a slide out contact form on the left hand side as a block. Here is the code I have so far:

 function slideout_help($path,$arg) {
	 switch($path) {
		 case "admin/help#slideout";
		 return ''. t("Displays links to noded created on this date") . '';
 * Implements hook block info
 function slideout_block_info() {
	 $blocks['slideout'] = array(
	 //The name that will appear in the block list.
	 'info' =>t('SlideOut Contact'),
	 //Default setting.
	 return $blocks;
$blocks = array();

    if($blocks_key == 'slideout'){ //We only want to define the content of OUR block
        //This is the title of the block.
        $block['subject'] = t('SlideOut Contact');
function lg_contact_add_library('LG Contact', 'MB Extrude') {
	$libraries['mb-extrude'] = array(
	'title' => 'Slideout Contact',
	'website' =>'http://pupunzi.open-lab.com/mb-jquery-components/jquery-mb-extruder/',
	'version => '1.0',
	'js' => array ('inc/mbExtruder.js' => array(),
	'css' => array ('css/mbextruder.css' => array (),
	return $libraries;

Or would it be easier take out hte js library and just add it the info file as

scripts[]= js/sliding_contact.js
stylesheets[all][] = css/theStyle.css

Any ideas, criticism, or input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
