Odd CSS comes into play for certain vew.

I’ve created a view titled “Administrative Group” with a link of “/administrative-group” that shows all users who belong to the role “Administrator”. I have several other views that show users based on some condition.

For users who are not part of the Administrator role, the page shows like you would expect, the same way as pages with other filters. But if the user belongs to the Administrator role AND looks at the Administrative Group page, all of the menus and other blocks disappear, colors change, and only the view title and a list of admin users is shown. This behavior happens on Bartik and Bootstrap themes. I haven’t tried others yet.

Changing the path to something that does NOT start with “/admin” fixed the issue. I’m going to submit a ticket.
