Sprint tools documentation update.

I’m running a sprint today (Nwdug_may18) and we had a couple of users who had problems with the tools page :https://www.drupal.org/tools

1) Please change the link at the top under “Report any issues you have or suggested improvements to documentation at:” from https://drupal.org/node/2272145 to https://www.drupal.org/project/mentoring/issues/2962808.

The first link actually links to that page anyway so it makes sense to update the original page with the correct link.

2) A couple of people had a little bit of trouble extracting the archive as they got a single file out of it instead of a directory. It’s not entirely clear what the archive should contain so clarity there would be cool. I initially thought it was something to do with Docker, but it was just my machine being odd.

I would therefore change the documentation from this:

Check "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms" and click the Next button.

Resilio Sync will synchronize chosen folder(s) immediately. You can access Resilio Sync's interface via the Menu Bar (Mac) or System Tray (Windows) icon.

Once Resilio Sync has finished downloading the folder navigate to it and extract the archive, then run the install_ddev.sh script.

To this:

Check "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms" and click the Next button.

Resilio Sync will synchronize chosen folder(s) immediately. You can access Resilio Sync's interface via the Menu Bar (Mac) or System Tray (Windows) icon.

Once Resilio Sync has finished downloading the folder navigate to it and double click it to extract the archive.

If double clicking on the archive produces a file (instead of a directory called drupal_sprint_package) then you'll need to extract the tar using a command line tool. Here is the command you need to run in order to do this:

tar -xzf drupal_sprint_package.no_docker.v0.1.1.tar.gz

Then run the ./install_ddev.sh script in the terminal and follow the prompts.

Hopefully that should catch anyone who gets stuck extracting the archive.
